- Minimum order quantities apply as specified per product
- Payment terms: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or acceptable L/C
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, CFR) are as specified in individual quotations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, weather, or other force majeure events.
5. Quality & Claims
All products meet the specifications stated in our Certificate of Analysis. Claims regarding product quality must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We will investigate and resolve valid claims promptly.
